There are many ways to eat caviar! In a classic serving we usually use Crème fraîche of soft unsalted butter as a creamy base for this juicy caviar eggs. But in other hand avocado goes perfect as a bit healthier substitution with it's creamy consistency. So we decide to make a simple but spectacular looking appetizer with caviar.
